Indiana Association of Medical Staff Services (INAMSS) Vendor/Sponsor Registration Form

 

Each year we provide education and networking for our members through three education conferences.  The vendor portion of the conference provides an opportunity for our members to gather information that may help them with their day-to-day duties as a medical staff professional.

All vendors/sponsors are listed on the conference brochure and acknowledged during the program. All vendors/sponsors are encouraged to provide promotional inserts for attendees which will be included in the conference packet or goody bag if we have a mailing vendor/sponsor.

  Opportunity for 10 minute presentation by your representative or a customer promoting your product/service (can be live or pre‐recorded).
  Opportunity to sponsor shipment of swag bags that will be mailed to attendees (weight/size limits may apply). When mailed to attendees, label will read “brought to you by… (company name).
  Sponsorship of session‐ features your company logo and link to webpage.
  BONUS‐“Bumper video” that will be sent to all attendees with meeting materials. (can be video, PowerPoint, etc.).
  Email addresses of all attendees (upon consent of individual attendees).
